Ahhh... Christmas break has begun. One of the best times to be a teacher! (One of many of many, of course.) It's the second time in my 16 year teaching career that I remember missing the day before Christmas break. Some may ask, "Won't you miss the presents?" and I have to say, "No". The reason being I despise writing thank you notes. I am not sure why. I know it doesn't seem like a hard thing to do but writing them hangs over my head every year and I usually put it off until the last day before returning to school. This year I won't have to do that. Thank you , JCPS!
